  • 1.  Hybrid Event Set-up Guidance

    We're planning to host a hybrid event at our conference this year and I'm unclear if I should set up a in-person event and then a virtual event (with VAH) or if I should have them both in one event. Our in-person conference will include six educational sessions running concurrently each hour of the day. The virtual attendees will include four of the six sessions. Any thoughts?     I'm planning a similar hybrid event. I plan to set up one Cvent event, with different admission items for virtual attendees vs. in-person attendees. I think will associate the different sessions with the different admission items, so the in-person people will have all relevant sessions on their agendas. We're also using VAH and plan to use the app version for the in-person attendees, so they're all connected via the app/VAH.
