    In viewing the replay of the Cvent Roadmap presentation, I learned that there are several features 'currently available' that I was unaware of. Specifically, the on-demand library is one that we have been eagerly waiting for. I have tried searching the knowledgebase to find out how to activate/use these new features without success. Are these only available when using the professional services?

    Hi Melissa, I re-watched the Event Marketing and Management Product Roadmap session. On Demand library....

    I'm working on an event right now, but I am happy to experiment with this. I suspect you have to have a Virtual Attendee Hub with sessions set up as recorded. Have them live and open, and I'll bet you'll find that you can use the On Demand library function somehow.

    If you want to work together and set up a small test event (I have a bit of on demand content), we can look at this.

    We were hoping that the on-demand library would be separate from the sessions ... at least that is how we had originally interpreted it. I have a 'demo' site set up also and will continue to look into it also! I'll certainly share any insight I come across!

    Hi Melissa,

    Reach out to your account manager it is something they have to enable on their end at this stage I believe. They did for our account, but we haven't used it yet. From what I've been explained the requirements currently are as Brenda thought. You need to use the Cvent video service (their Zoom) or I think stream into the Cvent video player. Both options as you see in Cvent connect just jump to the session page to display the video. If it was a zoom recording it won't display embedded, you'd have to re-upload the zoom recording into the Cvent player.

    I've been told there will likely be future improvements on this for you to upload or link your own custom video from another video player like Vimeo but this currently isn't possible.
