  • 1.  Contact Registration Alert or Blocking

    Hi all!  I have a unique situation where we have an attendee who is not permitted to attend any of our events for the next three years.  Is there a way within the system to get an "alert" if this person registers for an event, or is there a way to block a contact from registering?

    Our events are all public so it's not a situation where I can limit to a specific invitation list for our events.

    Two options that I can think of.

    Using Greylists and Blacklists
    That will prevent the person from registering.

    Or set up a Registration Accepted planner alert and use an advanced filter if you have enough information about the person.
    Of course by then it's too late.

    A better option is a blacklist. Then the person theoretically can't register at all.
