Is there a way to change someone's status from Declined to Waitlist?  We have someone who previously asked to be taken off the waitlist, so we manually changed her status to declined. Now she wants back on the waitlist. I'm not finding a way to do this.

Have you tried first moving them from 'declined' to 'no response' and then after they're in no response moving them to the waitlist?

Rachel's suggestion was good. You could also try moving them to canceled rather than declined then registering them anew on the waitlist.

Have you tried the following?
Add or remove registrants individually in Flex. Search for the registrant and click the appropriate name. Hover over Registration and click Modify Registration.

Navigate to the page where your sessions are added. Click Join Waitlist to add your chosen registrant to the waitlist or click Joined Waitlist to remove them, then finish modifying the registration.
