I can tell you what I learned - they cannot go back in and accept the terms and conditions if they are already registered. I had to send those people a separate document for them to sign and return to me. (This is what Cvent support told me - I had to open a case recently about all this.) Also, we are unable to run a report showing who accepted the terms and conditions - Cvent has to run the report if we call or open a case and ask them to. I've done this for a few of my sites already.

We have had to add terms and conditions regarding Covid protocols to registration forms. I added the widget to our registration form and now it shows up for new registrations but not on the old ones. I was hoping to send a notice for those who have already registered and a link to modify their existing registration so they can check the Agree box. When i click modify the field is not there. Am I missing something? Any suggestions on how to go back to get existing registrants to check the box? TIA
