Appointment check-ins: Hosts can
check in attendees at their appointments (as well as undo any check-ins performed by mistake), or you can do it for them.
To help you keep track of this key metric, we've updated all Appointments reports to display the check-in status of attendees.
In addition, the "Appointment Details (Consolidated)" report now has a new "Meeting Occurred" column with "Yes" and "No" values. For each appointment, this indicates whether attendees were checked in and the appointment took place.
In the "Appointment Summary" report, each attendee listed now has two new "Meeting Occurred" columns. These show how many of the appointment requests that they
sent and
received resulted in actual appointments.
Updates to the Calendar: On the
Calendar, you can now view the event sessions scheduled for attendees. Using a filter, you are able to choose to view all sessions, no sessions, or only sessions that mark attendees as Busy.
Also use the Calendar to accept or decline appointments on behalf of attendees. By default, we'll automatically send notifications to attendees when you take either of these actions.
Improved usability for group management: We've updated the Groups page within the Appointments solution to make it easier to view, edit, and add group members. These updates make identifying existing members and adding new ones even more intuitive.
