    How can I tell if an NSO has been copied on an RFP?

    Hello Carolyn, 

    If you are looking to see if a NSO is copied for a specific RFP, you can go the View Recipient History hyperlink in RFP Details. The Contact Type will show as National Sales Office (NSO).  

    You can also run a Venue Report specifically for NSO Contacts, to see all of the RFPs that have a NSO copied.  Instructions for setting up a report for NSOs are here.

    Hi Carolyn,
    1. Go to RFP Details 
    2. Click View Recipient History
    3. Contact Type = National Sales Office (NSO).
