What are you finding as your biggest challenges when sourcing hotels post-Covid and how are you dealing with it? Is it response time or is it lackluster offers? How are you working with the hotels to get the responses and offers you need for your clients?

Large enough spaces. We already had fairly strict specifications on what we wanted in hotels that limited us to maybe ~100 hotels in the U.S. that could even meet our requirements and now we're looking at wanting to still do majority hotel buyouts and have private space to be in a covid bubble but we also want 20-25k Sq ft ballroom + second ballroom in the ~15k range + outdoor space  -- sourcing venues is getting majorly hard.
