Thank you for the info. I did as you suggested and uploaded the new hotel requests, that worked great. Now I have two hotel reservation per person, so I am trying to delete the old hotel request in bulk as you suggested. Unfortunately it's not giving me the option.
I went to Invitee Management >> Manage>> Hotel Requests >> Selected the old reservations but under Actions there is no option to Delete.
I included a screen shot to make sure I am in the right place. Any suggestions?

You can import all the new hotel requests in bulk and then go to the "Manage Hotel Requests" page to cancel in bulk (by checking the boxes) the requests from the old hotel. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone. I am hoping that there is an easier way to replace the hotel for existing registrants than modifying individual registrations.
Due to the pandemic, we have had to change hotel for our meeting. For existing reservations I have adjusted the check-in/out dates easily under the Hotel Requests page but it does not allow a change in hotel. Its seems that I will have to individually modify every registration by going through the registration pages to change the selected hotel. Anyone know an easier way to do it either in bulk or on one screen? TIA
