We have an event in a couple weeks that includes appointments. Its our first time using it so its been a learning experience. The best advice I can offer is to set up a meeting w/ your Program Specialist and have them walk you through it. Or at the very least, set it up and make sure they review it.
In our case our event is fully virtual and integrated with the Attendee Hub. Instructions aren't really clear when it comes to fully virtual events, if you need to set up locations (you don't) etc. I was super stressed about it but was good once I met with Cvent.
In Appointments you can set up Group Assignments. It will auto sort your attendees into your groups. We found this didn't work for us. When I went in for some reason some attendees were added to multiple groups, etc etc. So I just got rid of the Group Assignments and took like 15 minutes and manually sort them. At this point I'll have to manually sort any one who registers but if it means its accurate it's worth the time.

Just wondering if anyone has feedback on using the Appointment module for exhibitors and sponsors.
Thanks,
