    Happy Thursday, Cvent Community! 

    By now, you've likely heard about the release of the new Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub®. Still a little confused or have questions? Keep reading.

    With the Virtual Attendee Hub, you can create a completely customized virtual experience for your event. You'll have access to add an Attendee Website and Event App to any Flex event and all your sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees will automatically integrate.

    Think of the Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub as the central hub (get it?) of your event. Your attendees are able to log in pre-event and check out the session schedule, browse featured exhibitors and sponsors, see which virtual booths will be available to join, schedule appointments, and ultimately drive excitement before the event. On the day of your event, attendees can log back in and seamlessly join the sessions they registered for (that can either be live or pre-recorded), visit those virtual booths, attend the appointments they scheduled, and much more. Interactive features like live session Q&A allow your attendees' voices to be heard, and letting other attendees up-vote submitted questions provides more clarity on those top requested questions to be answered.

    Wondering how to access the Virtual Attendee Hub as a planner? First, contact your Account Manager about adding this to your contract. Once that's complete, it's a simple feature flag in your Flex events found in Event Details > Event Configuration. That's one of the great things about the Virtual Attendee Hub – it's not a separate product or solution, but rather baked right into Flex events!
