We use G/L codes.
I have a Cross Report that I run every day.
I subtotal by G/L codes.
Cvent -> PayFlowPro -> ChasePaymentech.
Been doing it this way for 3 years with multiple events.
If you are balancing with your merchant account you may have to adjust the date and time.
