I have not implemented Cvent yet, but would love some feedback and guidance on how businesses are capturing in-person attendees dietary restrictions and meal preferences. Are you asking for allergies? Or are you offering a meal type: meat, vegetarian, vegan, etc?
With our past CRM we captured and maintained all this information but with the shift in data protection concerns, we are not sure this is the best path forward. We are trying to find the balance between accommodating our clients as well as limiting the information we really need to have. Any insight or suggestions on how you are managing this aspect of events is appreciated!
