Hi, how best to share and collate survey/evaluations feedback with others? The exported spreadsheet isn't really user friendly and most interested in finding a way to print the ratings graphs and comments. Thank you

I agree, the standard surveys provided aren't the easiest. We've used Inquisium (paid for), Survey Monkey (paid for) and I actually just learned about Microsoft Forms which is free in our Outlook 365 toolbox - it's awesome and a great tool for quick data analytics.

Sadly, the Inquisium re-design roadmap shows that dashboards are not yet planned, so I think the best we can do currently is export to Excel and create our own pivot tables. I do like Rebecca Quinn's response about Microsoft Forms... we may check that out!

I know this isn't ideal, but I've set up a template in excel to make the surveys more appealing and then copied/pasted the info, then saved as a PDF.

Survey Monkey actually has AWESOME sharing tools and filters. I have the same questions Year over Year (our post-event survey). You can create a dashboard (and use filtering) and just email out access to the dashboard. I like to use stacked vertial bar charts, but you can use horizontal bar, vertical bar, stacked horizontal or vertical bar, pie, donut, line graph or area graph charts. Attached is an example. I have 4 attendee types, so I just filtered this on 1 kind of attendee.

I tend to create my own reports with the graphs and other information from the surveys and responses. I'll write the story of what I'm trying to show with the data.
