    I am not sure about Cvent, but we used to say the average at the company I used to work for was about 5%. It just depends on the processor and what their negotiated rates are. I would suggest contacting your CSM and the eCommerce Team to get further clarification quickly.

    As Lindsay mentioned, I would recommend reaching out to your Cvent Account Manager or our eCommerce team and they will be able to provide you with this information if you are using Cvent Payment Services (or interested in starting to use it.)
