Curious...
I have a relatively small event registration going on.
322 registered. 59 abandoned. That seems to be high. What is that? 28%?
I send 3 abandoned emails. One after 1, 2 and 3 days.

1	Payment
27	Personal Information
28	Registration Summary
3	Sessions
59	Grand Total

Is that normal?

Add:
I did a little more reading.
Cart Conversion Rate = ( Number of Completed Purchases / Number of Shopping Carts Opened) X 100
Cart Abandonment Rate is 1 - the cart conversion rate
Based on that formula my rate is 15.49%.

Average rate is under 70%.
Above is for online purchases which I suppose is different than registrations.

I always worry when they stop at the Registration Summary page. I keep thinking that they think they are done and, for whatever reason, don't click on the Submit button.
