    We are thinking about charging our different departments when they want an event created. Has anyone done this, and if so how did you determine the tier structures?

    Our Tier system is based on both objective and subjective qualifications because we know some of the politics of meetings can overrule the hard facts. We use objective measurements like total customer attendance, total costs spent (with the meeting and with other third parties), and booth size.
