  • 1.  Error when uploading PowerPoint presentation.

    Uploaded over 35 presentation, however, I am having trouble uploading the last two.

    This is the error message I get while trying to upload the file.

    10-Angela Sanzotera-VAEL2019.pptx
    Files must be pdf, ppt, doc, txt, xls, gif, jpg, jpeg, bmp, tif, tiff, docx, pptx, xlsx, png, ai, eps, msg, pst, ost, ttf, woff, otf, woff2, and not exceed 10MB

    As you can see the file is formatted as a pptx

    Thank you Sarah Blackhall for the help. Yes, the file was too large and I need to compress the pictures.

    Does it work if you take out the "-"s in the name of the file?

    It could also be over 10MB. What is the file size?

    I have to compress the images. However is do you know of a fast way to compress the file without compromising the ppt.

    It might help if you compress the images within the presentation. Open the presentation in PowerPoint. Go to file, compress pictures, select either "on screen" or "email" and save the file under a different name than the original.

    Thank you I have compressed the file but still the size is still too large. I just convert it into a PDF which is under 10.  Thank you for your time and help.
