  • 1.  Processing Credit Card Transaction for Group After Registration

    I have several large group registrations and the person registering the groups selected offline payments. Now they would like to pay by credit card. Is there a way to submit payment for an entire group or do I have to submit for each person in each group individually? Thank you.

    Hi Sarah,

    Yes, you can do so by logging in as the Group leader and using the Submit Payment widget on the Confirmation Page as long as they have a balance due. You can refer to the article 'Paying Online After Registration' for more info.
