Hello out there!
I hope someone can help me. I am using the New Experience. I'm trying to create admission items so that I can choose which registration paths will not have to pay a registration fee. This event requires that a person from each university register its own trainees to attend the meeting.
The registration path, which I named 'Group Registration' will only have the ability to add members (trainees) to the group registration and pay for them.
The registration path, which I named 'Trainees', will not have to pay a registration fee (since it has already been paid by someone during 'Group Registration' but they will need to choose the session they want to attend, meals, etc.
I enabled 'Admission Items' under Event Configuration. At first, I was able to select Create Admission Item but, when I edited the description of the default name of 'Event Registration' to 'Group Registration' (which the Cvent KB said I could do), the Create Admission button is now greyed out! When I hover over it, it says: There isn't an Admission Item widget on the published version of your registration process. Open the Site Designer to add one.
So, I added the Admission item widget to the Group Registration path, Saved it, and Published it and it's still greyed out!
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
