  • 1.  change pending to waitlist.

    Is there a way to change a pending approval to waitlist?  In the registrants name there is a box for update status, but there is only approve or deny, there is nothing under add to waitlist.

    Thank you Melissa, I finally figured out this horribly designed process to add someone to the waitlist.  Honestly, I built a hospital electronic medical record on a program that I believed was the epitome of complicated confusion, but CVent has it beat.  CVent, how about building menus that make sense, are in order of operations, and use clear definitions!
