  • 1.  Detailed lead data reports compared to 2019

    Hello! I'm looking for a way to show a YTD lead report that compares to 2019. I can easily click through and navigate around the BI platform however I wonder, is there a way to build one report that shows : number of leads, size of leads, market segment, etc. etc. all in one report rather than piece by piece? My end game is trying to avoid doing a manual report I am sure I may be missing something. TIA.  Laurie

    Hello Laurie, 

    Business Intelligence recently released a feature to allow you to choose your definition of period to period comparison. From there, you can adjust the applicable widgets to compare period to period. There's some additional instruction in the following articles.

    Once you make these changes, you can save the report template and run it on demand without making the customizations over and over again.
