Top Highlights from the Cvent Quarterly Product Updates for Suppliers & Venues - Q4 2021 Edition 

Like every quarter, we are excited to bring to you updates about our products as well as valuable insights that will help you stay current on important Cvent products, build new skills, stay agile, and be prepared for the future. We have recently concluded the Cvent Quarterly Product Updates for Suppliers & Venues - Q4 2021 Edition, and here is a quick round-up from the webinar.

• Enhancements to Cvent Supplier Network (CSN):We have introduced two new features in CSN -White Label Venue Comparison for planners to be able to select properties for comparison and White Label Capacity Chart for hoteliers to be able to compare maximum attendee counts across properties and room configurations. 

• Updates in Cvent Event Diagramming (CED): In CED, users can now mark all notifications as read, and with the Pre-Configuration tool, they can now enter specs before placement on the diagram. CED tools like Ruler & Line, Chain Selector, and Modal settings have been updated. 

• Planner Navigator: A new Cvent product has been launched for hoteliers to deepen relationships with planners to understand their whole profile and prospect for future RFPs. Users can search and discover planners for key future dates based on a planner's activity across the entire Cvent Network and get a broader perspective and unique insights on those planners who previously submitted RFPs.  

• CSN Business Intelligence (CSN BI):Hoteliers can see their performance insights and growth trajectory for the past week, month, or year with this new feature we have introduced -Previous Period Insights. Another feature -Monthly Performance Competitive Emails has been added for venues with or without CSN BI that will provide a quick recap of their performance from the previous month delivered to their email inbox. 

• Cvent Transient: We are excited to introduce a refreshed user experience (UX) for RFPs in time for the 2023 contract season in Q2 2022. This new UX is modern, fresh, and intuitive and will help hoteliers to better manage and respond to RFPs. You can get a sneak peek now by using the Preview Mode available for product features.
