    Custom appointment questions: Track and measure even more details about the appointments happening at your events. You can now add custom questions for certain appointment types that requesters will answer prior to sending their invitations.

    Available question types include:

    • Choice questions (single and multiple answer)
    • Date questions (for date and/or time)
    • Text questions (with answer formats such as general, numeric, or decimal)


    Each question can be marked as required or optional, and numeric and date questions can also be set to only allow values within a certain range.

    These questions and answers will only be visible to you and the requesters. (Requesters will also be able to see them if they export an appointment to their personal calendar.)

    Once appointments have been scheduled, you can run reports on the questions to help identify and analyze trends across your event.

    Customizable printer-friendly calendars: Attendees and exhibitor admins can now choose what details to show on their calendar printouts.

    Available options include:

    • All days or only select days of the appointment event
    • Unconfirmed appointments
    • Blocked-off time
    • Sessions


    As well as appointment-level info:

    • Appointment description
    • Pending attendees
    • Declined attendees
    • Attendee titles
    • Attendee companies

    Exhibitor admins can choose which onsite staff schedules to include as well.
