    Hello everyone, 

    We are planning to add a FAQ page to our conferences this year.  In the past, we sent a "know before you go" email to our attendees.  This would be similar, but more geared to pre-registration.  I would love to know what you put on your FAQ pages.  

    Some initial thoughts I had were - how to register guests, where to pick up your badge.

    We always include information about the company's COVID policies, including links to any documentation.

    Sometimes what we do is ask the planner/client/whoever will be listed as a contact for questions what they'd like to be on there to cut down on the number of inquiries.

    We include weather, parking, check-in desk information along with how to modify their registration and more. Its nice to have everything in one place.
