  • 1.  Optional Items Report Flex

    I am using the optional items feature to have attendees purchase additional tickets for dinner.  First time using the feature. What report (s) do I run to ensure we are not overselling the room?

    I haven't come across a report that gives me a total at a glance.
    I use Events > your event >Reporting >Summary Views >Agenda Item Summary
    Item Type: Optional Items.

    Is the dinner a session AND an optional item?
