  • 1.  How To Set-up New Event with Daily Access Options

    Hi - 

    I am new to Cvent and looking for some guidance. I need to create a 4-day in-person event in Flex where attendees can purchase a 1, 2, 3 or 4-day pass. Based on which one they choose, I need to be able to control what they can see and select to attend. 

    I'm envisioning first asking how many days (which pass) they want, and then asking them to specify the days they want to attend. How would I then only display the sessions available on those selected days and not others so that they can only register for sessions on the days they are paying to attend?

    And then how do I manage exceptions, such as one registration type having an entirely different fee structure and only access to one session?

    Since this is one of the first events I am building in Cvent, I was hoping to schedule a time to talk to someone in support who could walk me through it, but I did not see an option for doing that. If anyone has a recommendation about how to get an appointment with a support person as a new user, I would appreciate hearing that as well. Thanks!
