  • 1.  Bulk deleting CrowdCompass attendees

    I have a cloned CrowdCompass event that has integrations with the corresponding Cvent event. Everything is all set, however as I brought over the previous event's data, I have attendees that aren't part of the current event. The Cvent integrations can add/update attendees, but I need to clear out attendees in CrowdCompass that aren't part of the current event.

    So, I am looking to bulk delete all attendees in the CrowdCompass event. Then with the Cvent sync only the actual attendees will show up in the CrowdCompass event. 

    Any assistance in bulk deleting attendees in CrowdCompass greatly appreciated.

    Good Morning John,

    If you delete the Groups in CC that the attendees belong(ed) to, will that take care of this? I ask because when I copied our previous event, I saw that groups carry over, but not the people.
