Cvent is a free sourcing tool and we do not have any restrictions on MLM Companies, but I do highly suggest reaching out directly to a few of the potential hotels. The hoteliers will have the best insight into the latest regulation interpretations. You can reach out before sending over the RFP, like an informal RFI.
