  • 1.  Notifications - "Invalid Send Type"

    I'm having an issue with bulk loading push notifications for the Event App. I keep receiving an "Invalid Send Type" when I'm following the exact name within the help documentation. I'm using "Scheduled time" as the Send Type. Any ideas why this isn't working?

    If you are still experiencing this issue, I would recommend giving our 24/7 Customer Care team a call and they can help troubleshoot with you live on the phone and take a look at your file to see what may need to be adjusted to import properly. Cvent Support Hours and Toll-Free Numbers

    Hi Matt, 
    With Bulk Imports in Cvent, I've sometimes had issues with junk data in the excel file that was invisible - when copy pasting my data in a clean spreadsheet (with pasting vales only) it has repaired the issue.
