Withdraw submissions: After an author has completed their submission, they can now choose to withdraw it even if it's been accepted or rejected. (If a session has been created for it, they will need to contact the planner and request to withdraw.)
Once withdrawn, the submission will have a "Withdrawn" status within the project, and the status will be captured in reports as well.
Inactivity alert on attendee website: When an author or reviewer is about to be logged out due to inactivity, they will now be alerted via a pop-up window. They can then either log out or continue working. The warning will appear after 50 minutes of inactivity. Logout will automatically occur 10 minutes later if no action is taken.
Contact syncing: We've made enhancements to ensure that updates made to contacts in Abstract Management are also made in your account's address book, keeping both areas in sync.
Updates for GDPR compliance
Cookie banner: The project website will now display a banner to indicate which data we collect as part of browser cookies. Visitors can then choose to accept these conditions or leave the website.
