  • 1.  Weblinks aren't working

    Hello,
    The weblinks I created for our site are not working. When I click on a link I created after publishing our site, I get an error message that reads: Hmm...it looks like we don't have a record of that event...
    Could this be because our event hasn't launched yet? If so, is there a way to test weblinks before launching our event?

    I believe the web links only work once you have launched the site. I'm not aware of a way to test while in pending/test mode.

    Correct - weblinks won't work until live. You can't use the weblinks to test, but you can still test how they will work. Under scenario select area as website, and test for invitees who arrive from weblink if it's just a single default weblink, or if you have weblinks specific to contact types you can choose area = website, and coming from cvent email and choose the appropriate contact type.
