We use drift as well!
I previously used Olark and Social Intents however I couldnt get them to work when we moved from Classic to Flex. So now I have moved us over to Drift which I am also loving! We havent used it yet for the attendee hub, we typically use it for registrations so that when our attendees are registering they can contact us with any questions. It works great!

I'm curious who else has taken advantage of the new code snippets functionality for the Attendee Hub? We used Drift to provide customer support during an event last month with great success but I'd love to hear about any other live chat or chatbots other planners may have used! Our favorite things about Drift was that it was free for one basic user/live chat plus you could set up custom messages and hours for if you were there vs. away.
