We recently had a large virtual event where we used a platform other than Cvent (yes, we'll be considering AttendeeHub for next year). That platform had LiveChat (as in
LiveChat | Live Chat Software and Chat Support Software) integrated which allowed us to chat in real-time with attendees and quickly solve any log-in or agenda issues they were having. It got me thinking about how we could use LiveChat for our large Cvent registration websites for when people have questions, log-in issues, etc.
Has anyone utilized LiveChat with any of their Cvent events or mobile apps? Thanks.
