Question:  Does Cvent have a feature that is possible to activate where someone receiving a direct mail piece could go to enter their email address/contact information if they wanted to continue to receive event notices electronically instead of with paper mail?  We send out direct mail pieces for some of our events, but many have switched over to entirely electronic marketing.  We would like to put a link on our direct mail pieces directing recipients to a place online where they could enter their name and email address to receive future advertisements by email instead of postal mail.  Does Cvent have a place we can set up to do this?  
We've considered using a free online survey tool to collect this information, but thought we could save a couple steps if Cvent already has something.
Any ideas are much appreciated!

Based on your explanation, it sounds like our Contact Website feature could be a great fit for this use case. By using a Contact Website, you could have one URL that can be placed on the printed mail, and either existing contacts or new contacts can access this to sign-up/review their past events/register for new events/and more!

It is not currently on the roadmap, however it could always happen in the future. I would suggest posting an idea within the Ideation section for other users to up-vote and give visibility to our Product team.
