Updates to appointments with personal calendar invitations

•  If attendees respond to these invitations on the attendee website or via CrowdCompass, we'll send them notifications to update their personal calendar as well. 

• Attendee comments made through the personal calendar will now be included in the email notifications sent to hosts and planners. 

• We'll now invite hosts to add these appointments to their personal calendar when the appointment is first created. They'll also get notifications when appointment updates are made or when the appointment is cancelled.
