We have Concur travel integrated. It helps to be able to see who has booked travel alongside registration data so we can send reminders to people who haven't booked their flights yet, which can result in savings from booking earlier. Helps nudge people to book flights at the time of registration since they're re-directed (though a lot still don't, they just close out of it and book later). Since majority of flights pull back to Cvent, the air/hotel discrepancy report is nice to quickly check hotel dates against air dates.
Our challenges: email address is not a unique identifier for matching flights, so sometimes if people travel under a different name than they registered with, it doesn't match them, and every once in a while, we're not sure why, but it will pull connecting flights into reports rather than the flights directly in and out of the meeting location. We'd really like to use passkey as well, but I think having two external integrations would make the process too disjointed for us and attendees would end up missing something.

For those who have integrated Passkey + or Concur with Cvent, was wondering what were some benefits with centralizing as well as savings?
