    ​Flight requests allow you to add a request for someone not registered, same with air actuals? why is this and can it be turned off? thanks.

    If you go to the flight request widget and then edit there is an option to select invitee only for a flight request

    You can turn off/on guest registration under the registration path settings.  Under Website & Registration, Registration Path, Travel tab, edit to show for attendee only.
