Just off the top of my head, if you want to
internally track, you can set up an event in Cvent, create each Seat/Suite in sessions.
SessionsExecutive Suite Seat A&B - Dodgers stadium
Executive Suite Seat C&D - Dodgers stadium
Seat 500A
Seat 500B
etc
If Joe Smith from
Company ABC is taking
Executive Suite seat A&B, you can register them from the backend and select Session
Executive Suite A. Then whenever you need to pull a report, you can pull a report to your liking ex) you can see which sessions (in this case, seats) are filled or not, or how many
Company ABC sessions (in this case, seats) took.

Subject: A tool to management Suite attendance?
My client owns suites and seats at different sporting events and would like to internally track who used those suites or seats and when they were used with custom reporting (e.g. Who from ABC Company has used our suite/seats and which events did they attend?). Is there a Cvent tool that can be used or repurposed for this? If not, do you know of another tool that is used for this?
Thank you for your thoughts!
