    Hello! 

    On a current program - Can you cancel an event registrant but still keep their guest on the event with their selected agenda ?

    Nope. Cancelling the invitee will cancel all guests.

    So there's no way to remove the registrant? Can you make one of the guests the primary registrant then?

    It would be need to be a completely new registration. The guest is a child relation to the primary. Only primary registrations can be transferred,
    If this was my situation, I'd copy the agenda, contact info and any answers then create a new registration.

    I don't know of any other way.

    Hi Lisa,

    Hope you are well!

    There is a way to make the Guest as Primary registrant. For this, you will first have to copy the details of the guest like their name and email address etc. and then go to the primary registrant's record > Modify the registration > Remove the guest from the registration > and finish the modification.

    Then, go back to the Primary invitee's registration record > Registration dropdown > Substitute registration > Enter the details of the guest that was removed > Submit the changes.

    This is the only way to make the guest as primary registrant and remove the old primary registrant from the registration.
