Hi Joe,
I agree with Joe below about doing the test email and forwarding it along. Adding to that - Once we have done our initial testing and are happy with all the functions of our registration, we make it live but don't connect it to anything on our main website. We then take a few days sending the link out to certain groups for early registration/testing/feedback - People like our board or directors, some speakers, members who are really active who we know will reply quickly. These groups often find items our team might not think to look for, or overlook but we are not wasting their time asking them to test as they can actually submit their real registration. They get early access, we get valuable feedback - win, win.
Good luck!

Subject: Link to website
I am working on a flex event. I need to send a link to others to view the website for the event before the event site goes live to the public. I did a preview and just copied the address from the browser, but that link died about 30 minutes later. Way back in Regonline days there was a constant link shown in the site designer. How do i get feedback on the website before the event goes live if I can't have a link that doesn't die?
