  • 1.  Included session based on Registration type

    Is there a way to have sessions automatically included based on registration type? Previously i have had to set up rules to make the optional sessions function as included sessions. I would prefer not to have certain registration types have to select all of the optional items that are actually included for them (like lunch, happy hours, certain sessions). I am hosting a sponsored internal event, sponsors will be only able to attend certain things (like sessions they are speaking at, or vendor fair). If i mark lunch and breaks, etc. as included they would show up on sponsors agendas which they are not included in.

    You can have different admission items and select which sessions to include. Then specific reg types that allow specific admissions.

    Hi Amanda, I would do the different Admission Items as Steven said and have them limited based on Registration type and then include the sessions there under the advance rules.

    Updated -I didn't have admission item on all of the paths, once i added it to the different paths the create admission item button was clickable.

    The Create admission item button is greyed out. I have added the admission item widget to the registration process like the help suggests and it still is not appearing.

    Appreciate your help!
