​I was wondering if there was a way to create a survey that is sent to the meeting requester to see how the assigned planner did without utilizing the feedback survey.

Hi Kristie, 

In Classic, you can create Feedback Surveys by activating the feedback feature under "general" > "event configuration." If you select "Standard Feedback," it will allow anyone who registered or was marked as a participant once the event reaches Completed status to take this survey. It sounds like that may be the feature you need to enable. My apologies if I'm understanding your question wrong.
