  • 1.  Merging Multiple Meeting Request Forms

    Hello Everyone!

    I'm rather new to the admin side of things but I'm wondering if anyone happens to know if there is a way to merge multiple Meeting Request Forms into one form and they can be separated/accessed by a drop down (or something similar) so the correct information will populate on the form? I'm trying to merge at least 4 forms together (so far but it could be more) so when the event planner selects what type of event they are doing, the correct fields will show up (and not ones that don't pertain to that type of event). Any help is appreciated!

    I would love to know this as well!

    I think a 'decision tree' type workflow is on their roadmap for the future but I'm not sure if they have this functionality yet. I do know that you can set certain logic to display certain questions - if the requester answers one question a certain way, then another question will populate based on the answer. What I'm not sure of is if you can do this for full request forms.
