    Hello, 

    Does anyone know why the time shown on any exported report are based on Cvent's local time in Virginia, USA, even if I set up my time to be Hawaii Standard Time in my profile and in my events?   It's not accurate from an auditing perspective to see when someone registered, opened their emails, etc. if I'm seeing the East coast time versus my local time.  

    Please let me know if there's a way to fix this?

    Hi Sarah,

    I hope you are well! Within our Standard and Custom Reports, it will show in EST by default. This is a setting we cannot change. However, you can explore using New Reports, which will recognize the timezone set in your profile preferences (Login > My Profile > Preferences > Edit > Time Zone).
