    I am new to CVENT and when looking at my agenda for the first time, almost all speaker profile images are distorted.

    Is there a suggested image aspect ratio to strive for, i.e. 300x300 pixels?

    Appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.

    Hi Lesley,

    We do try to keep our speaker photos in that 300px range. Quick question for you though as it relates to your distorted images: are you using the crop tool within each speaker after uploading each of their pics? Even with an odd-sized photo, you should be able to select the portion of the image that will ensure it looks good on your site.

    Thank you Jeremy, and yes, I am now using the crop tool within the image portion to modify photos.
