To kickoff the launch of the new Cvent Community, we’ve created a contest. Who doesn’t love fun activities and winning cool prizes? Below is everything you need to know.
I’m in! How can I enter?
There are seven actions you can participate in to enter yourself into the contest. Each action you take counts as ONE submission into the contest, and completion of all seven actions is not required. You cannot take any action more than once.
- Log in to the Community and accept Terms of Use
- Upload your profile image
- Add at least one stated interest
- Subscribe to Forum Notifications
- Post on the “Introduce Yourself” thread
- Suggest an idea on the new Ideas page
- Join Cvent Celebrity
When does it end?
The contest has officially launched and will run until September 30, 2019 at 11:59pm US Eastern.
How and when will I know if I’ve won?
There will be a total of four winners selected at random, and the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One completed action = one submission into the contest. On or about September 30, 2019, submissions into the contest will officially close. The Community Manager will send individual emails to winners, and they will also be publicly announced in a Forum post.
Do I win cool prizes?
Winners will receive gift bags that include a pair of Bose headphones, a Google Home, and miscellaneous Cvent-branded swag items! No cash or other prize substitution permitted.
How will you know which challenges I’ve completed?
Our back-end tracking will be able to capture each action that has been completed. Don’t worry about reaching out to us!
