Valerie is the newly introduced support chatbot in our community. She is designed to help you navigate and make the best decisions to meet your support needs. As a conversational decision tree, Valerie will guide you to the resources best suited to tackle your product-specific challenges.
But that's not all. Valerie will also serve as your friendly virtual assistant, much like those from other technology companies you already know.
Did you know that Cvent Community members chose Valerie's name? We held a public vote, and "Valerie" emerged as the top choice.
