If I'm understanding your question correctly, you don’t need to download an SRF.

You can add new team members (booth staff) directly in the Exhibitor Portal and assign them a LeadCapture license there. If your event has self‑serve booth staff registration enabled, you can also share the sign‑up link with your team so they can enroll themselves. Hope this helps.

To view your support ticket:

  • Log in to your Cvent product and click the Community icon (top right) to open the Cvent Community. From there, you can review your open or past cases. Login is required to see your cases.

  • In the Community, click My Cases (top right). Use the search box to look up the Case ID, and make sure your filters include both Open and Closed cases. 

If you still don’t see your case:

  • Make sure you’re signed in with the same email address that was used to submit the case, and that you’ve accepted the Community terms; otherwise cases won’t appear.

  • If the ticket was not a support case, it won’t appear in the My Cases page. Only support tickets are visible there. 

  • If you received a case notification email, you can also open the case directly from that email and reply there; you’ll receive updates by email and in Community.
