We’ve added a set of role-based guides and integration resources to help every stakeholder learn exactly what they need to make sure your meeting scheduling and onsite workflows run smoothly at your next event. These resources zero in on the tasks you do most and the integrations you rely on day-to-day.

Role-based user guides

  • Meeting Manager Guide — A practical, step-by-step manual for super users to request and approve meetings, manage calendars and rooms, run reports, and add users and locations. It’s perfect for those owning end-to-end meeting operations at an event.
  • User Guide — A concise “how to” for everyday users (Meeting Requestors and Attendees) covering how to access events, request and manage meetings, and block availability, with tips for working from web or mobile.

  • Executive Admin Guide — Built for executive assistants and schedulers, this guide shows how to select and manage mapped executives, book on their behalf, accept/decline, block time, and manage meetings from the calendar view.

  • Salesforce User Guide — For teams using the native Salesforce app, this guide explains how to book meetings from Account/Opportunity/Lead, data flow and sync behavior, and how Jifflenow meeting context is displayed in Salesforce for cleaner reporting and collaboration.

  • Configuring a New Event Guide — An overview for Meeting Managers on building an event by copying from a previous event. This guide covers the best practices and setup of the necessary elements for an event, including event basics, engagement types, approvals, times, outbound forms, locations, testing, and going live with your event.

Integration guides

  • JifflenowiCapture Integration Setup Guide - A comprehensive guide for the end-to-end setup of the iCapture-Jifflenow integration, including prerequisites, setup instructions for both Jifflenow and iCapture, workflow, and user experience overviews.

  • JifflenowiCapture Onsite Success Guide — Your onsite checklist for using iCapture with Jifflenow to scan badges, auto check in attendees into the right meetings, and quickly schedule or add people to existing meetings. Includes device preparation, auto-check-in settings, and “scan and check in/schedule/add” workflows that your desk staff can follow.

Who should use these

  • Meeting Managers and program owners who need one place to learn configuration, approval flows, calendars, and reporting.

  • Executive Admins who book and manage leaders’ calendars and need fast, reliable workflows.

  • Requestors (typically sales) and internal attendees who request and manage meetings directly (web or mobile).

  • Rev Ops/CRM admins and power users who rely on Salesforce and Cvent meeting data to keep pipeline and reporting in sync.

  • Meeting Managers who will be leveraging the iCapture integration for a seamless onsite check-in and scheduling process.

What’s inside (at a glance)

  • Clear, step-by-step procedures and screenshots for common tasks (requesting, approving, rescheduling, reporting).

  • Roles-specific workflows for Executive Admins, including time blocking and meeting management.

  • Salesforce booking and sync behaviors explained, so sales, marketing, and operations speak the same language inside the CRM.

  • Jifflenow - iCapture Integration setup instructions, workflows, and onsite best practices
